RETURN POLICIES

  • 1 : What is your Return Policy?
    • Customer can generate the return request within 7 days after it receives the order and you can accept the return within 45 days from the date of return request generate

  • 2 : What if a buyer wants to return something after 7 Days?
    • If buyer wants to return order after 7 days then our team will check the reason for return, if it will be a genuine reason than we will accept the return but customer will get a grace of 2 days

  • 3 : If I receive a Wrong Product as Return, what should I do?
    • You have to provide us the proof by taking a video/picture while opening the packet so that it clearly shows that it was customer’s fault and then send that recording to us with the all relevant information.

      We will re confirm and if customer find guilty then either will arrange correct product or else will reimburse the amount.
